REGISTRATION & LOGIN


Who can register for myTROX?

The registration is allowed for commercial customers. When registering, please enter the domain of your organization and avoid using your private e-mail address.


When will my myTROX account be approved?

Your myTROX account is usually approved within 24 hours. Immediately after registering, you will first receive a notification asking you to verify your e-mail address. As soon as your myTROX account has been approved, you receive a further email notification. Every registration is valitated by us, initially through an automatic comparison with our CRM system. If you are had business with us, your myTROX account should most likely be approved immediately but the data in the registration might differ from the data in our CRM system. Therefore, we strongly recommend to register with your customer number (starting with DE) if you have a buying relationship with us.

Until your myTROX account is fully approved, you might have limited access to our myTROX services (see table below).


Can I order directly in the online Shop once my account has been approved?

You will receive a buying permissionce in our Online Shop once we have created a customer number for your company. This is the case if you have already placed orders with us. You can review your user role and your customer number in My account data.


Which e-mail address can be used for the registration?

When registering, please use an e-mail address with the domain of your organization (e.g. @troxgroup.com) and - if possible - avoid using general e-mail addresses (e.g. info@).


my organization is located outside of germany, CAN i register with myTROX?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The myTROX platform at trox.de is targeted for organizations located in Germany. However, corresponding platforms are also available for other countries, for example you can find myTROX in Austria at www.trox.at.


I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

You can reset your password at any time using the Forgot password function.

*these functions are only available if a customer number exists for your company. You can see whether a customer number already exists for you under My account data.


Who can change my user role?

Your user role can be changed through the myTROX admin of your company. Your admin can be seen in My account data. Alternatively, you can also contact our myTROX Support (myTROX-de@troxgroup.com).


In my company, myTROX accounts are held by user accounts who no longer work for us.
