The Art of Handling Air
TROX at the BAU 2013
THE ART OF HANDLING AIR - this is the motto under which TROX presents an extensive range of products at the BAU 2013 (Hall B1, Booth 120), which takes place from 14 to 19 January 2013 in Munich, Germany. The TROX presentation will focus on air water systems and decentralised ventilation units.
There are many aspects to the TROX motto THE ART OF HANDLING AIR.
TROX products give architects a lot of freedom since they blend in perfectly with a building's structure and interior design.
One of the new products that emphasize this architectural freedom is the XARTO swirl diffuser. It is available with no less than 10 different face plates that offer a multitude of possibilities such that every creative or architectural design concept can be achieved. The innovative AIRNAMIC swirl diffuser made of high-quality ABS plastic marks a step towards using new materials. With its newly developed three-dimensionally profiled blades it creates an efficient yet quiet swirl. The most demanding comfort requirements can thus be met, even with very high volume flow rates.
Another focal point of the TROX product presentation are decentralised ventilation units. Wall units, sill and under sill units, and under floor units not only enable mechanical ventilation, with heat recovery and air filtration, but also ensure the heating and cooling of office space. The integration of the intelligent FSL-CONTROL II system ensures optimum heat recovery and hence increased energy efficiency.
And finally, the extended SCHOOLAIR programme will be shown. SCHOOLAIR-V is an aesthetic ventilation solution for schools and uses heat recovery. The latest addition to the SCHOOLAIR range is a construction variant with integral PCM modules. These modules contain salt hydrates, i.e. natural storage materials, that utilise the energy potential of the phase change.
Almost needless to say that all these products provide excellent comfort levels. Energy efficiency and sustainability are equally 'built' into TROX components and systems. The fact that TROX has long been a member of the DGNB, the German Sustainable Building Council, clearly shows the company's commitment in this area.
We look forward to seeing you in Hall B1, Booth 120.
