Sound attenuator test run

The test run, a double-walled, sound insulated and airtight stretch of channel, is attached to the reverberation chamber. The channel has a part where the channel width can be varied, which means that sound attenuator elements (splitters) of different widths and distances can be tested. Sound attenuator parameters such as insertion loss, air-regenerated noise and pressure loss are measured.
